• 🧴 Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items.

• 🚫 Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of opened or used beauty products.

• 💕 Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or as store credit.

• 🌼 Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately — we’ll send a replacement with love.
